By the grace of God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Articles Six and Twelve of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Law No. 5/4/2/524, issued on 2 Rabi‘ al‑Thani 1374 AH,
and based on the submission presented to us by the Prime Minister and the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One:
Sheikh Mohammed Al‑Hamad Al‑Shubaili is hereby appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary on our behalf to His Excellency, the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Article Two:
The Prime Minister and the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree.
