By the grace of God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing our Royal Order No. 5/11/6/791, dated 11 Rabi‘ al‑Awwal 1377 AH,
and based on Royal Decree No. 11, issued on 10 Rabi‘ al‑Awwal 1377 AH,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One:
Mr. Saeed Abdullah Kurdi is hereby appointed President of the General Intelligence Directorate.
Article Two:
Mr. Saeed Abdullah Kurdi is hereby granted the rank of Lieutenant General.
Article Three:
The Prime Minister shall notify the competent authorities to implement this decree.
