By the grace of God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Article Two of the Council of Ministers Law issued on 12 Rajab 1376,
and Royal Decree No. 5/20/1/221 dated 10 Safar 1374,
and Royal Decree No. 5/20/3/2270 dated 6 Dhul‑Qa‘dah 1376,
and based on the requirements of public interest,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One:
His Highness Prince Musaid bin Abdulrahman is hereby appointed Advisor to us and Member of the Council of Ministers, in addition to serving as President of the Board of Grievances and the General Auditing Authority for State Accounts.
Article Two:
The Prime Minister is charged with implementing this decree.
