Exchange of Political Representation with Ethiopia

By the grace of God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

After reviewing Articles Six and Eighteen of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Law issued under No. 5/4/524 dated 2 Rabi‘ al‑Thani 1374,
and pursuant to our Royal Order No. 190 dated 2 Muharram 1377, which provides for the exchange of political representation between us and Ethiopia at the level of embassies,
and based on the submission presented to us by the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs,
We hereby decree the following:

Article One:
An embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be established in the Empire of Ethiopia, with its headquarters in Addis Ababa.

Article Two:
Mr. Omar Al‑Sagaf is hereby appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary on our behalf to His Majesty the Emperor of Ethiopia.

Article Three:
The Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree.
