By the grace of God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Based on the requirements of public interest,
and after reviewing Article Two of the Council of Ministers Law issued on 12 Rajab 1373,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One:
His Royal Highness Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, our son, is hereby appointed Advisor to us and Member of the Council of Ministers.
Article Two:
The Prime Minister shall implement this decree.
We ask God for success.
