We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Relying on God,
and after reviewing our Royal Decree No. 38 dated 22 Shawwal 1377 AH,
and after reviewing Council of Ministers Resolution No. 148, dated 25 / 11 / 1377 AH, which clarified that the continued renewal of old loans, as well as the settlement of accounts between the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency and the banks, does not conflict with Article (33) of the Council of Ministers Law, since these actions do not impose any new financial burdens on the State Treasury;
We hereby order the following:
First
We approve the Council of Ministers Resolution referred to above.
Second
Our Prime Minister and our Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree and act accordingly.
