Relying on God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Based on Council of Ministers Resolution No. 149, dated 25 / 11 / 1377 AH,
and upon the submission presented to us by the Prime Minister,
We hereby order the following:
Article One
A fee of 10% shall be collected on the sale price of real estate owned by foreigners.
Article Two
This measure shall take effect from the date of its publication.
Article Three
Our Prime Minister shall implement this Order.
