By the grace of God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Articles Six and Eighteen of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Law No. 5/4/2/524, issued on 2 Rabi‘ al‑Awwal 1377 AH;
and in reference to our Royal Order dated 3 / 9 / 1377 AH, approving the elevation of political representation between us and the Republic of Tunisia to the level of an Embassy;
and based on the submission presented to us by the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs;
We hereby decree the following:
Article One
Sheikh Abdulrahman Al‑Bassam, former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is hereby appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary on our behalf to His Excellency the President of the Republic of Tunisia.
Article Two
The Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this Order.
