By the grace of God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Articles Six and Eighteen of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Law No. 5/14/2/524, issued on 2 Rabi‘ al‑Thani 1374,
and pursuant to our Royal Order approving the elevation of political representation between us and the Republic of Sudan,
and based on the submission presented to us by the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One:
Our Minister Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Sudan, Sheikh Abdulrahman Al‑Hulaissi, is hereby elevated to the rank of Ambassador.
Article Two:
The Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree.
