Relying on God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing the Civil Service System issued on 6 / 3 / 1364 AH,
and based on Council of Ministers Resolution No. 146, dated 24 / 11 / 1377 AH,
and upon the submission presented to us by the Prime Minister and in accordance with the requirements of public interest,
We hereby order the following:
Article One
The Civil Service System and its annexed Employee Grade Scale, attached hereto, shall enter into force as of the date of its publication.
Article Two
The Prime Minister and the Ministers shall implement the provisions of this System, each within their respective jurisdiction.
