Relying on God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Desiring to encourage economic cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of Egypt, to strengthen friendship, and in accordance with the requirements of the public interest;
and based on Council of Ministers Resolution No. 147, dated 24 / 11 / 1377 AH;
and upon the submission presented to us by the Prime Minister;
We hereby order the following:
Article One
The Commercial Agreement and the exchanged letters related to it, attached hereto, shall enter into force as of the date specified in Article Eleven of the said Agreement.
Article Two
The Prime Minister and the Ministers shall implement the provisions of this Agreement, each within their respective jurisdiction.
