By the grace of Almighty God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Article Eighteen of Royal Decree No. 5/4/2/524 issued on 2/4/1374 AH,
And based on what has been presented to us by the Minister of Foreign Affairs,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One
Sheikh Mohammed Al‑Murshid Al‑Zughaibi, Counselor at our Embassy in Egypt, is hereby appointed Minister Plenipotentiary of the Second Class.
Article Two
The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree.
