By the grace of Almighty God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Article Six and Article Eighteen of Royal Decree No. 5/4/2/524 dated 2 Rabi‘ II 1374 AH,
And based on what has been presented to us by the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One
A legation of ours shall be established in the Kingdom of Tunisia, with its headquarters in Tunis.
Article Two
Sheikh Ali Awad is appointed as our Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to His Majesty the King of the Kingdom of Tunisia.
Article Three
The Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree.
