By the grace of Almighty God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Article Six and Article Eighteen of Royal Decree No. 5/4/2/524 dated 2 Rabi‘ II 1376 AH,
And based on what has been presented to us by the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One
An embassy of ours shall be established in the United Kingdom of Libya.
Article Two
Sheikh Abdullah Ibrahim Al‑Fadl, our Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to the Government of the Republic of Egypt, is hereby appointed as our Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to His Majesty the King of the United Kingdom of Libya, in addition to his current post.
Article Three
The Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree.
