Establishing a Legation in Sudan with Headquarters in Khartoum

By the grace of Almighty God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

After reviewing Article Six and Article Eighteen of Royal Decree No. 5/4/524 dated 2 Rabi‘ II 1374 AH,

And Royal Order No. 28/14/1/3136 dated 16 Dhu al‑Hijjah 1375 AH,
And Royal Order No. 10304 dated 30 Jumada I 1376 AH,

And based on what has been presented to us by the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs,

We hereby decree the following:

 

Article One

A legation of ours shall be established in Sudan, with its headquarters in Khartoum.

Article Two

Sheikh Abdulrahman Al‑Hulaissi is appointed as our Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to the Sudanese Republic’s Sovereignty Council.

Article Three

The Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree.
