By the grace of Almighty God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing our Order No. 5/1/3/1233 dated 4 Jumada II 1376 AH, which provides for allocating the State’s revenue from oil proceeds for expenditure on urban development projects,
And after reviewing the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. 61 dated 11 Jumada I 1376 AH, and in view of the necessity of proceeding with the implementation of the urban development projects submitted by certain ministries for the fiscal year 1376 AH,
And based on what has been presented to us by the Minister of Finance,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One
The budget for the projects of the Ministries of Education, Interior, Communications, Agriculture, Health, Defense and Aviation, Finance and National Economy, and Public Projects for the fiscal year 1376 AH is hereby approved in the amount of:
345,229,837 Saudi Riyals
(Three hundred forty‑five million, two hundred twenty‑nine thousand, eight hundred thirty‑seven riyals)
as detailed in the attached tables.
Article Two
The Prime Minister shall implement this decree and communicate it to the concerned authorities.
