By the grace of Almighty God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. 62 dated 14/5/1376 AH, and in view of the necessity of issuing the expenditure budget submitted by certain ministries for the fiscal year 1376 AH so that they may meet their obligations,
And based on what has been presented to us by the Minister of Finance,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One
The expenditure budget for the Royal Court, and the Ministries of Defense and Aviation, Interior, Education, Communications, Finance and National Economy, Agriculture, Health, Commerce, the Royal Guard, the National Guard, and Retirement Pensions for the fiscal year 1376 AH is hereby approved in the amount of:
962,502,957 Saudi Riyals
(Nine hundred sixty‑two million, five hundred two thousand, nine hundred fifty‑seven riyals)
as detailed in the attached tables.

- 172,395,700 — Ministry of Defense and Aviation
- 86,767,801 — Ministry of Interior

Article Two
The Prime Minister shall implement this decree and communicate it to the concerned authorities.
