With the help of God Almighty…
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. 69 dated 3/7/1375 AH regarding the budget of the General Directorate of Endowments for the year 1374 AH, and based on what has been submitted to us by the President of the Council of Ministers,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One
The budget of the General Directorate of Endowments for the year 1374 AH is set at 5,183,119 Saudi Riyals, as detailed in the tables attached to this decree.
Article Two
Implementation of this budget shall commence as of Muharram 1374 AH.
Article Three
Exceeding the approved allocations in the budget is strictly prohibited, regardless of circumstances or reasons. No amendments may be introduced during the fiscal year.
Article Four
No transfer of funds is permitted from one chapter to another or from one item to another.
Article Five
No new positions may be created beyond those specified in the budget.
Article Six
Salaries of employees appointed to newly created positions shall be paid from the date they assume their duties, with the initial deductions required by the Civil Service Regulations duly applied.
Article Seven
The General Directorate of Endowments must ensure full compliance with the General Employee Salary Scale and its instructions, the Civil Service Regulations, the Travel Expense Regulations, and all other applicable financial regulations governing expenditures.
Article Eight
All previous instructions that conflict with this decree are hereby annulled.
Article Nine
The President of the Council of Ministers shall implement this decree and communicate it to all concerned parties.
