With the help of God Almighty…
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Article Eighteen of the Regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
And in view of the transfer of Hasan Al‑Faqih, our Minister Plenipotentiary in Indonesia, to another position,
And based on what has been submitted to us by our Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One
Abdulraouf Al‑Sabban is appointed Envoy Extraordinary and First‑Class Minister Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Indonesia.
Article Two
Our Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree and communicate it to all concerned parties.
