Draft Decree
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al‑Faisal Al‑Saud,
Relying upon God, and based on the requirements of public interest, and further to the previous decree appointing Abdullah Al‑Saad as Undersecretary at the Ministry of Finance for Royal Private Affairs, and in recognition of his competence and the trust placed in him,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One
Abdullah Al‑Saad shall be transferred from his current position in Royal Private Affairs and appointed Undersecretary at the Ministry of Communications.
Article Two
Our Prime Minister and the Minister of Communications shall implement this decree.
