Relying upon God…
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Having approved the elevation of the level of political representation between us and the Lebanese Republic to the rank of an embassy,
And based on what has been submitted to us by our Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One
Abdulaziz Al‑Khuwaytir, our Minister Plenipotentiary in Lebanon, is elevated to the rank of Ambassador therein.
Article Two
Our Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree.
