With the help of God Almighty,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Council of Ministers Resolution No. 79, dated 21 Rajab 1374 AH, concerning the budget of the Office of the Prime Minister,
And based on what has been submitted to us by His Royal Highness the Prime Minister,
We hereby decree the following:
Article 1
The budget of the Office of the Prime Minister for the fiscal year 1374 AH is set at 1,723,600 Saudi riyals, as detailed in the tables attached to this decree.
Article 2
Implementation of this budget shall commence on 1 Muharram 1375 AH.
Article 3
Exceeding the appropriations approved in this budget is strictly prohibited under any circumstances or for any reason.
Article 4
No transfer of funds from one chapter to another or from one item to another is permitted.
Article 5
No new positions may be created beyond those already approved in this budget.
Article 6
Salaries of employees appointed to newly created positions shall be paid from the date they assume their duties, in accordance with the Civil Service Regulations.
Article 7
Employees responsible for executing this budget must apply all financial regulations governing expenditures of all types in accordance with established procedures.
Article 8
The Prime Minister shall implement this decree and communicate it to all concerned authorities.
