With the help of God Almighty,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
In view of the strong interest shown by our people and their increasing desire to join military schools,
And based on what has been submitted to us by the Minister of Defense and Aviation, and the approval of the Council of Ministers,
We hereby decree the following:
First
Three military schools shall be established in Ar‑Rass, Shaqra, and Al‑Majma‘ah.
Second
An annual total budget of 3,832,944 Saudi riyals is approved for the three schools.
Additionally, a one‑time amount of 1,800,000 Saudi riyals is allocated for the construction costs of the three schools.
Third
The portion of the appropriation specified in Article Two of this decree that pertains to the remaining period of the fiscal year 1374 AH shall be disbursed from the State Reserve.
Fourth
The Prime Minister shall implement this decree and communicate it to all concerned authorities.
