With the help of God Almighty,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Royal Decree No. 1/30/3210, issued on 13/9/1373 AH, concerning the granting of the rank of Minister of State to Abdullah Lanjawi,
And based on what has been submitted to us by the Minister of Finance and National Economy,
We hereby decree the following:
1.
Ahmed Hindi is appointed as Director of Finance for Riyadh, and he shall be directly linked to Minister of State Abdullah Lanjawi.
All transactions and disbursement orders related to the Riyadh Finance Budget shall be carried out through him, in accordance with our directives.
2.
Minister of State Abdullah Lanjawi shall supervise all financial affairs of Riyadh, directing them in accordance with regulations, the approved budget, and within the limits of the orders issued to him by us.
3.
The Minister of Finance and National Economy shall implement this decree and communicate it to all concerned authorities.
