His Majesty’s Visit to Bahrain — 1953

No sooner had His Majesty completed his visit to Kuwait than he continued his historic journeys and visited Bahrain. The reception he received was extraordinarily warm and unparalleled in its popular enthusiasm.
The Amir of Bahrain affirmed this love and loyalty expressed by his people through a remarkable address in which he conveyed the sincerest sentiments of affection and devotion to the great monarch, recalling his noble services to Arabism and the support and care he had extended to them — sentiments that united hearts around him in full faith in his leadership and guidance.

This visit was crowned with pledges, agreements, brotherhood, and goodwill — foundations that, God willing, will chart a path of strength for the Arabs and Muslims.
