Royal Decrees
Royal Decree No. 35, dated 3 Rajab 1380 AH
By the grace of Almighty God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Based upon the request submitted by our brother Faisal to be relieved of his duties as President of the Council of Ministers;
And having reviewed Article Eight of the Council of Ministers Law, issued by Royal Decree No. 38 dated 22 Shawwal 1377 AH;
We hereby order the following:
Article One:
The resignation of our brother Faisal, President of the Council of Ministers, dated 1/7/1380 AH, is hereby accepted.
Article Two:
All ministers shall be deemed to have resigned consequent to the resignation of the President of the Council of Ministers.
