Royal Decree
No. 32 — dated 25 Jumada al‑Akhirah 1380 AH
Article (16) of the Saudi Arabian Nationality Law, issued on 22/2/1374 AH, is hereby amended to read as follows:
“A foreign woman shall acquire the nationality of her Saudi husband if she renounces her previous nationality and declares her desire to obtain Saudi Arabian nationality.”
