The General Directorate of Radio, Press, and Publishing has announced the following Royal Decree:
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Article Nineteen of the Council of Ministers Law No. 38 dated 22 Shawwal 1377 AH,
And based on Council of Ministers Resolution No. 105 dated 11/7/1378 AH,
We hereby decree the following:
First: The attached Printing Presses and Publications Law shall come into effect from the date of its publication.
Second: The Prime Minister shall implement the provisions of this Law.
