By the grace of God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing the statements concerning the State’s revenues and expenditures for the fiscal year 1377,
and based on Council of Ministers Resolution No. 108, dated 22 / 6 / 1377 AH, issued regarding the 1377 budget in accordance with paragraph one of Article Seven of the Council of Ministers Law,
We hereby order the following:
- State revenues for the fiscal year 1377 are estimated at 1,500 million Saudi riyals, in accordance with Statement No. (1) attached to this Order.
- State expenditures for the fiscal year 1377 are set at 1,375 million Saudi riyals, in accordance with Statement No. (2) attached to this Order.
- The surplus, amounting to 125 million Saudi riyals, shall be placed in the General Reserve and allocated to the repayment of public debt.
- Revenues shall continue to be collected in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions, and all shall be deposited with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency and its branches to the account of the Ministry of Finance.
- Expenditures shall be disbursed in accordance with the budget and its specific instructions through the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, and in accordance with the decision issued by the Council of Ministers.
- Any excess in revenues or savings in expenditures beyond what is allocated in this budget shall be transferred to the State’s General Reserve.
The Prime Minister shall implement this Order and communicate it to all concerned authorities for action.
