Relying on God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Article Eighteen of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Law No. 5/4/2/524, issued on 2 / 4 / 1374 AH,
and based on the submission presented to us by the Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One:
Sheikh Ibrahim Al‑Sulayman bin Aqil, our Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to His Excellency the President of the Republic of Egypt, is hereby appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary on our behalf to His Majesty the King of the United Kingdom of Libya, in addition to his current post.
Article Two:
The Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree.
