By the grace of God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Based on the requirements of public interest,
and in view of the expertise of Dr. Ahmed Zaki Saad in financial and economic affairs,
We hereby order the following:
First:
Dr. Ahmed Zaki Saad is appointed Special Advisor to Us, with the rank of Minister.
His responsibilities shall include reviewing the representation of our Government in international conferences and treaties related to financial and economic affairs outside the Kingdom.
He shall come to the Kingdom from time to time upon our request and as required by the nature of the work, without prejudice to his primary duties abroad.
Second:
Dr. Ahmed Zaki Saad shall enjoy all the rights and privileges granted to Royal Advisors.
Third:
The Prime Minister shall implement this Order and communicate it to all concerned authorities.
