By the grace of God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reliance upon God, and based on the submission presented to us by His Eminence the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Muhammad bin Ibrahim, regarding the necessity of appointing a deputy to His Eminence in the Presidency of the Judiciary for each of Najd, the al‑Ahsa Province, and the Pipeline Region,
We hereby decree the following:
First:
Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Ibrahim is hereby appointed Deputy President of the Judiciary in Najd, the al‑Ahsa Province, and the Pipeline Region, and his salary shall be administered in accordance with the budgetary provisions.
Second:
This decree shall be communicated to the competent authorities for implementation.
