We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Based on the requirements of public interest,
and on the submission presented to us by the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs,
We hereby order the following:
- Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Masoud is hereby granted the rank of First‑Class Minister Plenipotentiary.
- Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Masoud is hereby appointed Inspector of the Political Corps at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- The Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this order.
