By the grace of Almighty God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing the petition submitted by Al‑Nasr Gypsum Industries Company requesting a concession to exploit gypsum in the Najd region, specifically the deposits located in Maraghah, for a period of fifty years,
And after reviewing the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. 132 dated 4/11/1375 AH, and based on what has been presented to us by our Prime Minister,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One – Al‑Nasr Gypsum Industries Company is hereby granted a concession to exploit gypsum in the Najd region for a period of fifty years, provided that the exploitation sites are designated and that the company is granted all facilities previously accorded to the Cement Company in the Eastern Province.
Article Two – The Minister of Finance is authorized to conclude a contract with the aforementioned company in accordance with the terms of this concession.
Article Three – Our Prime Minister shall implement this Royal Decree, which shall take effect from its date of issuance.
