By the grace of Almighty God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Article Six and Article Eighteen of Decree No. 5/4/2/524 dated 2/4/1374 AH,
And based on what has been presented to us by our Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One – A legation of ours shall be established in the Swiss Confederation, with its headquarters in the city of Bern.
Article Two – Sheikh Fakhri Sheikh Al-Ard is appointed as our Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary of the First Class to His Excellency the President of the Swiss Confederation.
Article Three – The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this Royal Decree.
