Peace and God’s mercy and blessings be upon you.
Further to our previous approval of the Consultative Council’s Resolution No. 89 dated 6/5/1370, which granted exemption from customs and ancillary duties for foundational machinery and equipment used in national manufacturing—an exemption that has already been implemented—
And in our desire to further encourage the industries that will advance the country and raise its standards,
We hereby order that all tools and equipment which these factories need to import shall be exempt from customs duties whenever they arrive, and in the same manner as the original exemptions granted to factories upon their initial establishment.
This directive should be publicly announced and communicated to the relevant authorities for implementation.
