With reliance upon God Almighty…
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Based on Article Eighteen of the Regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
And in accordance with what has been submitted to us by our Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One
Ibrahim Al‑Suwail, Counselor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is granted the rank of First‑Class Minister Plenipotentiary, with the corresponding salary and privileges of that rank within the Ministry.
Article Two
Our Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree and communicate it to all concerned parties.
