With reference to Your Highness’s memorandum No. 5142/1 dated 12/9/1375 AH, and to the attached copy of Cabinet Decision No. 94 dated 5/9/1375 AH regarding the exemption of imported tools and machinery used for poultry raising from customs duties—
and considering that such equipment falls under agricultural needs, similar to water pumps and seed machinery which are already exempt—
I have the honor to inform Your Highness that His Majesty the King has approved the decision adopted by the Council of Ministers on this matter. I kindly request the implementation of this gracious directive.
