With the help of God Almighty…
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
In view of the increasing workload of the Political Division at our Royal Court, and in light of the need to appoint an advisor to that division, and considering the dedication and competence we have observed in Mr. Muhammad Abdul‑Moneim Mustafa, Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt and seconded as Assistant Secretary‑General of the League of Arab States,
And after reviewing our Royal Decree No. 5/6/3/759 dated 16 Jumada al‑Awwal 1374 AH concerning the organization of the Political Division at our Court,
And our Royal Decree No. 15 dated 19 Safar 1375 AH concerning the organization of our Royal Court,
And based on what has been submitted to us by the Head of the Political Division at our Court,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One
The Head of the Political Division at our Royal Court is authorized to contract with Mr. Muhammad Abdul‑Moneim Mustafa to serve as Advisor to the aforementioned division, with a monthly salary of 700 Egyptian pounds, in accordance with the unified contract for the employment of non‑Saudi personnel, approved and enforced by our Royal Decree No. 3/11/5846 dated 1/3/1374 AH.
Article Two
The Head of the Political Division at our Royal Court shall implement this decree.
