We hereby order the following:

- Abdulmalik Radin
- Ahmad Faydi
- Hussein Hattab
- Second Class: Omar Helmi
- Ahmad Qadi
- Hassan Hijazi
- Abdulrahman Abdurabbah
Article Two
The Minister of Defense and Aviation and the Minister of Finance and National Economy are charged with implementing this decree as of its date.
