With the help of God Almighty,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing the resolutions of the Ministry of Communications Conference signed in Riyadh on 25 Jumada al‑Awwal 1374 AH, corresponding to 20 January 1955,
and based on what has been submitted to us by the Minister of Finance and National Economy,
We hereby order the following:
First
Approval of the agreement of the Ministers of Communications concluded in the city of Riyadh on 25 Jumada al‑Awwal 1374 AH — corresponding to 20 January 1955 — together with all previous agreements and protocols referred to in Article One thereof, after amending the annex related to the Basic Regulations of the Executive Committee in the form attached to this decree.
Second
Our Prime Minister and Ministers shall implement this decree, each within their respective jurisdiction.
