Peace and God’s mercy be upon you.
We have reviewed your letter submitted to us No. 5 / 11 / 1075 dated 16 / 10 / 1374, stating that the Ministry of Defense is requesting various amounts — totaling fourteen thousand six hundred and six Arabian Riyals — from certain officers and employees who were ordered to be retired. These amounts represent the remaining value of vehicles sold to them and advances granted to them during their service. They have requested that these amounts be forgiven.
We have ordered approval of the exemption of this amount as assistance from us to them. You shall take the necessary measures to implement this directive.
