With the help of God Almighty,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Article Seven of the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. 28 dated 17/2/1374 AH, approved by Royal Order No. 1671 dated 10/4/1374 AH, concerning the budget of the Riyadh Municipality,
And in view of the necessity of supporting the said municipality in carrying out the responsibilities entrusted to it in completing new construction works in Riyadh,
We hereby decree the following:
1.
The Riyadh Municipality is authorized to spend the revenues it collects for the fiscal year 1374 AH on construction supplies and requirements related to its projects in Riyadh, in accordance with established procedures.
2.
An additional allocation shall be added to the municipality’s budget sufficient for the purchase of:
- Three water‑tank spraying trucks, with all necessary equipment
- One road grader (Director)
This amount shall be disbursed to the municipality from Chapter (37) of the General Budget.
3.
Article Seven of Royal Order No. 5/1/3/554, dated 11/4/1374 AH, concerning the State General Budget, must be applied.
Accordingly, any savings from the municipality’s approved expenditures shall be transferred to the General Reserve.
4.
The Prime Minister shall implement this decree and communicate it to all concerned authorities.
