With the help of God Almighty,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Articles 19 and 20 of the Council of Ministers Law,
and after reviewing Cabinet Resolution No. 482 dated 23/6/1383 AH,
which provides for replacing the existing newspaper concessions currently in the Kingdom and granting them to several companies,
