We, Saud bin Abdulaziz, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Based on Article Two of the Council of Ministers Law,
And pursuant to Royal Decree No. 5/5/27/6176 issued on this date,
We hereby order the following:
Article One: Dr. Rashad Pharaon, our Ambassador to France, is appointed as Minister of Health.
Article Two: The Deputy Prime Minister shall implement this decree.
