Exemption of locally produced gasoline consumed in the Saudi–Kuwaiti Neutral Zone from the consumption tax, and exemption of certain goods imported into the Neutral Zone from customs duties. Goods entering the Kingdom from the Neutral Zone shall be subject to the applicable customs duties.
