With the help of God Almighty,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al‑Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Our Royal Decree No. 50 dated 17/10/1380, and the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 642 dated 4/11/1381,
and based on what has been presented to Us by the Prime Minister,
We hereby decree the following:
First: His Highness the Minister of Finance and National Economy shall be the Deputy Chairman of the Higher Planning Council.
Second: Their Excellencies whose names are listed below shall be members of the Higher Planning Council:
– His Excellency the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources
– His Excellency the Minister of Communications
– His Excellency the Minister of Agriculture
Third: The Prime Minister shall implement what is stated in Our Decree.
