No. 25 — dated 26 Jumada al‑Akhirah 1380 AH
Ratification is hereby granted for the Universal Postal Convention, together with the Agreement concerning Registered Letters and Insured Parcels, the Agreement concerning Postal Parcels, and the Agreement concerning Postal Money Orders and Tourist Postal Vouchers, all of which were signed in the city of Ottawa.
