Royal Decree No. 87
The Government of the Kingdom shall provide to the Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO) the necessary guarantees stipulated in the two concluded agreements, and the Minister of Finance and National Economy is hereby authorized to sign the Guarantee Agreement.
