Amendment of the provisions of Chapters Two and Five of Part One of the Customs Tariff Law of 1372 AH.

 

2. Royal Decree

No. 5 — dated 10 Muharram 1380 AH

Amending the text of Article (53) of the Law to read as follows:

“Any violation of Article Five shall be punishable by a fine ranging from 100 riyals to 200 riyals, or by imprisonment for a period of one week to one month, or by both. The violator may also be deprived of the right of residence and expelled from the country.”

 

3. Royal Decree

No. 7 — dated 10 Muharram 1380 AH

The following addition shall be made to Paragraph (8) of Chapter Five of the Customs Tariff Law of 1372 AH:

“All types of wire.”
